In the village Semenovka of Grodno region (Berestovitsa), not far from the cemetery, Valery Levonevski with the family was arrested by the disturbing - search boundary group. Levonevski has arrived to remember the relatives buried on a local cemetery.
The arrest was supervised over by the chairman of the boundary outpost lieutenant Andrei Nikolaevich Zhukovets.
The family of Levonevski annually in this day visits the died relatives for many years. Practically they have never met the frontier guards there. Especially in such a sacred day for all people. Valery Levonevski thinks that it was the provocation organised by the special services of Belarus as:
1. There wasnt any boundary orders on roads to the village Semenovka.
2. 5-10 minutes are necessary to make up a protocol. All family of Levonevski including small children have been kept till 20.00 (about 5 hours) under barrels of automatic devices though frontier guards were given all necessary documents including passport under their first requirement.
3. Except for ten frontier guards with the automatic devices who have arrived on the car GAS - 66 three cars with people who refused to be represented participated in the arrest (major and some man in the civilian uniform)
4. Together with Levonevski there was some more man who had come with him to the cemetery, they hadnt got passports with them, but they were not checked and the protocols on them were not made. The increased interest was only to the family of Levonevski.
5. The chairman of the outpost has categorically refused to involve civil persons whom there was a lot as the witnesses at drawing up the protocol. As the witnesses the soldiers of the boundary troops dependent on the service were only written down.
Valery Levonevski thinks that the provocation is organised for the following reasons:
1.The fortnight visit to the United States of America of Leonid Kalitenya, an official representative of Valery Levonevski, vice-president of the strike committee of the businessmen of the Republic of Belarus continues.
2.Valery Levonevski has got the intention to expose the nominee at the forthcoming presidential elections. To discredit him lieutenant Zhukovets brought in the protocol on administrative offences: At conversation there were attempts of threat, insult.
At the presence of the witnesses the officer was asked the question: In what was it shown? It appears that words of Levonevski that he will appeal against actions of the boundary order were perceived by him as the threat. The insult, from the point of view of the twenty year lieutenant, is that during the conversation Levonevski said to him "you".
From the point of view of Valery Levonevski this phrase: At conversation there were attempts of threat and insult was intentionally (under the order from Minsk) brought to the protocol to bring an action against Valery Levonevski on the fact of threats and insults of the officials of the Boundary troops. By it, apparently, according to the plan of the authors of provocation, it will be possible to try to remove Levonevski from the presidential race.
On actions of the frontier guards and persons who were not established participating in the arrest the appropriate complaints are sent to the public prosecutor.
