There is a preparation to
the strike from 1.01.2000
The
decision on strike will be accepted till 15.12.99. In small cities small officials of an
urban level from controlling bodies have begun a number of provocations
concerning the businessmen trading at the markets. Such provocations are
realised, as a rule, in those cities, where there are no strong trade unions
of the businessmen. They start to "clue" to way-bills, certificates
etc. The fools are everywhere. And Belarus it is the only country in Europe
where the authority belongs to the fools and the authority is unlimited. The
reason is that all legislative and judicial bodies in Belarus are not elected
and are assigned. They answer for their actions not before the people and
before the chairman. The chairman has planned the fines and expropriations,
and they ready to try. The local and republican budgets are
empty. In the state where the army of the inspectors is higher than the
quantity of the people producing goods and service, robberies (by the fines,
expropriations and financial sanctions) is the only capability for existence
of these parasites. To make their way up different state inspectors take
clothes, food, furniture away from children. The parents selling last things from
houses, leaving children half-hungry, pay these mad fines and bribes to these
numerous and insatiable inspectors. A shame on the state and its leaders when
people, 300.000 men, who have paid taxes for one month forward are the
subject to persecutions and offences on the part of the state. Is it
necessary to struggle against it? We spend all-republican questionnaires. On
