From a hall of court
10.04.2001 the court of Leninsky
district of Grodno came to the decision to admit the 29.05.2000
information spread by the Grodno organisation RBYO лCivil forum╗
concerning Valery Levonevski invalid. The intellectual harm which will
be handed on the charitable purposes was also collected from this
organisation. The litigation has lasted for a year.
Let's remind history of the conflict situation.
There was disagreement between Semen Domash, the old party worker,
former chairman of the Grodno regional executive committee and Valery
Levonevsky. From that moment Valery Levonevsky was УpersecutedФ ad
that persecution, from my point of view, was started by Semen Domash.
In 1999 Valery Levonevsky was the chairman of the United Civil Party (UCP)
in the Grodno region, member of the Political Council and National
committee of this party, besides he was the member of the council of
the Free Trade union Belorussky (FTUB) and was a leader of a number of
public organisations.
Everything was OK until it became clear that Semen Domash, being
covered by лThe Grodno Initiative╗ tried to monopolise an opposition
field with the colleagues (Lebedko, Dobrovolsky, etc.). They had the
only purpose - coming to the office as the President of the country.
The finance and halation of the leader of the opposition movement are
necessary to come to the office.
Publicly it is declared that the Grodno initiative is created having
united a great number of the most лlarge and powerful╗ organisations.
After we have understood what is this, for whom and for what this soap
bubble is created, businessmen, UCP and the trade Unions of the
businessmen decided to leave from this structure.
Notice: all organisations included to лThe Grodno initiative╗ taken
together are less than one our structural division Ц the trade union
of the businessmen at the market "Southern" of Grodno .
How should the Initiative of UCP and Trade unions of the businessmen
be returned? There were attempts, at the request of Semen Domash, to
re-elect Levonevsky and assign an obedient man to this post Ц but
they failed. More than 90 % of members of UCP in Grodno and Grodno
region are supporters of V. Levonevsky. Moreover, the congress of UCP
in April, 2000 repeatedly elected V. S. Levonevsky as a member of the
National Committee of UCP. At the same congress V. Levonevski was
practically solidly elected as a member of the Political Council.
Dissatisfied with such change of events, "non-party" S.
Domash 8.05.2000 wrote the ultimatum to the leaders of parties,
colleagues on 13 convocation: to S. A. Bogdankevich, A. V. Lebedko, A.
A. Dobrovolsky, V. M. Shlundikov with the requirement to free
Levonevski from the management of the Grodno organisation of UCP and
to refuse joint co-operation with him (copy of the letter can be

The mechanism of black and dirty know-hows starts to work. Grodno RBYO
лCivil Forum╗ (the youth organisation of UCP) 29.05.2000 distributed
an information message in which V. S. Levonevsky is represented as a
breaker of the law, hooligan etc. (with the text it is possible to

The leader of RBYO лCivil forum╗ V. V. Nosyad (the present deputy of
the national Assembly) distributed fabricated information which do not

All this is accompanied by public attacks of Dobrovolsky and Lebedko
on V. Levonevsky. 3.06.2000 the Political Council of UCP is summoned
with a customary agenda. All this mud is taken out on the Political
Council, beforehand prepared amicable "song" of members of
the Political Council of UCP is actuated and Е. Levonevsky is
eliminated from the party. Though such question was absent in the
agenda. And as he is not a party member, he can not rule UCP at the
Grodno region, be a member of the Political Council, member of the
National Committee. Such "democrats" are.

He is replaced by the obedient people who have again become лGrodno
Initiative╗. Now in Grodno there are two regional and two municipal
party organisations.
So in April, 2000 at the congress Levonevski was elected to the
highest party posts and in two months some men, presumptively on
preliminary agreement, eliminate Levonevsky from the party because he
is not capable to cope with his duties.
It is necessary to take into account the following circumstances:
A citizen (somebody └. Shulga) making the message on behalf of Grodno
RBYO лCivil Forum╗ has been before eliminated from the Grodno centre
of protection of the rights of customers for roughest breaches of the
Charter and counterfeit of signatures of the chairman of centre (V. S.
Levonevski). Now this man is a helper of N. Novosyad the deputy and he
is close to S. Domash, he headed supervision of the election of the
deputies to the Chamber of Representatives.
Approximately, on the same scheme, with the use of black and dirty
know-hows, the Free trade unions of the businessmen which had not
supported BPF and Semen Domash were eliminated.
Notice: the present FTUB (chairman is G. Bykov) is an actual affiliate
┴═╘.
Let's return to the judicial proceedings. Lebedko, Novosyad and other
officials of UCP were repeatedly summoned as the witnesses. But they
did not appear in the court. Moreover, it became clear that a lot of
things concerning V. Levonevski which were said at the 3.06.2000
Political Council are a fabrication of people involved in the company
on the discrediting of V. Levonevski. Therefore the judicial
proceedings will be continued but in Minsk.
