Today, before parliamentary choices, the party of authority of Belarus develops the present war against anyone in opposition of forces, against anyone differently minded. According to developed in womb of administration of the president the plan, conducts the whole complex of measures of the basic ideas, directed on discredit, of opposition. These measures are realized on several directions:
First is information. In infringement of the current constitution, in Belarus has taken place monopolization of mass media by a party of authority. All state MASS-MEDIAS are found under the complete control of the president and his officials and about any dialogue can not be and speech. That imitation of dialogue, which is demonstrated on Byelorussian TV, is faster empty talker. Are going behind one table either officials, or the representatives of "pocket" public organizations and compete in tongue-tie, who will speak about anything more. To such dialogues those participants are supposed only which on 100 % are loyal to existing authority, others simply will not let. In such dialogues is not mentioned that really urgent questions the participants of such performances I can only approve actions of authority in various variations.
Second is decomposition in opposition of organizations from within, the work this is conducted under the control of special services. The circuit of action is extremely simple - various ways, blackmail, threats, the members in opposition of organizations are hired. At modern legislative base in Belarus any businessman is the potential offender, so against anyone it is possible to excite criminal case. After the criminal case is lodged, the man as though gets on a hook. The appropriate workers of special services offer him an output: " will work on us, criminal case is ceased ". Not all are capable to counter to such pressing, to a regret some yield to work under orders of special services. Then in the given organization there are members the having completely opposite purposes the rather than initially given organization staked before itself.
Third is to bring in contention between various in opposition by organizations. With the help of the agents of special service organize provocative attacks of one public organization on another, then they begin "to understand" among themselves, instead of with existing authority, both organizations thus "will be neutralised".
Be up to the end objective it is necessary to note, that irrespective of actions of authorities of Belarus between in opposition the currents exist the defined problems. Today opposition in Belarus so mixed, that very much frequently sights in opposition are opposite. Some in opposition consider vision of problems of republic as true not subject to any doubt, and when there are new leaders and set forth the point of view on occurring, they have painful feeling of jealousy.
The employees some in opposition of the issuings were ill "star" illness and with undisguised with haughtiness value appeared recently in opposition the issuing "Businessman". The employee of the Byelorussian Business Newspaper (BBN) Maria Yarovenko, obviously considers itself " as a star of the first size " on journalistic skyscraper. So on page 2 of release BBN in clause: " the Newspaper for smallest " from 4.î3.2000 she advertising pilot number " of the Enterprise newspaper " writes: " To compete on cheapness and " of availability " recitals to her the newspaper " The Businessman ", founded by the well-known enterprise leader from Grodno Valerie Levonevski can unless rather odious. However this issuing so odious, that hardly can compete to the Enterprise newspaper ". The end of the quotation. Madam Yarovenko by one stroke of pen has effected "substitute" odious of the Businessman on the good Enterprise newspaper that in general is well entered in the concept of struggle of government with in opposition by the issuings. It is impossible with 100 % by reliance to affirm in whose interests acts Maria Yarovenko, but if to think: " to whom it is favourable? ", it becomes obvious, whence such opuses.
Certainly it is not necessary to fall up to vulgar of the offences, but this "star" "Businessman" not the newspaper, and bulletin with circulation 299 copies would be necessary to know, that. Circulation is small, but it does not prevent the businessmen of the majority of cities of Belarus to remove from him copies, the quantity of copies in the legislation is not stipulated, and if to take into account, that the copies frequently are removed also by the officials of all ranks, in the general bulletin read in any way less 100 000 of the inhabitants of Belarus. In February in strike of the businessmen have taken part about 90 000 of the businessmen, each of the participants of strike necessarily has read this bulletin, differently it would not participate in strike. Odious means her unpleasantly to read, it is unpleasant to her, but you see others read, including authority propertying. Madam Yarovenko does not suffer by a complex of shyness and, obviously, considers clause in BBN for March 7 " Two steps back " as a masterpiece, however in opinion of the readers she reminds the accounting report faster. It is not clear, why such clause place on the first page, it the place on last page promoted " Of the Enterprise newspaper ".
Basically author of this clause nothing has against the Enterprise newspaper happy to it of navigation. However " Chicken in a jack ", and to bury "THE
EMPLOYER" madam Yarovenko has hurried.
