THE YEAR OF SNAKES. They are very difficult people to understand, they are wise from the birth, not very talkative. Their affairs are always fine but they are frequently mean. Sometimes they are selfish and vain. However they can help actively their less successful colleagues. Frequently they go too far not trusting opinions of others. They rely only on themselves. They are decisive and purposeful natures who sharply experience the failures. They seem to be quiet, but nevertheless they are passionate natures. Their external and internal attractiveness usually differ them among other people that at some instability leads to family complications.

If the snake has a poor reputation in Christian countries, in countries of Asia it, on the contrary, is esteemed for the wisdom, insight and will. Man - SNAKE is sentimental and pleasant. He has a sense of humour. Woman - SNAKE is beautiful and frequently has a great a success due to the beauty. In Japan when want to pay a compliment to a woman they usually say: лMy dear, you are a real snake╗. This compliment would sound a little unusually in western countries.
SNAKE puts on very refined and even elaborate things: it always a little bit dandy. Women have a mania to the refined accessories. She is not talkative reflects much and deeply. It is an intellectual, philosopher. Though she is wise but she does not need wisdom because she possess a remarkable intuition. If she is educated her intuition can become clairvoyance. SNAKE trusts impressions, feels and sympathies rather than facts, own experience and experience of others, opinions and advice. She seem to have the sixth feeling.
She finishes all her affairs very decisively. She hates failure and though she is quiet she is very fast in taking a decision. She can invert the earth to achieve the intended purpose. It is a poor player.
SNAKE does not like to loan but it happens that because of her liking she can render help. It seldom pays in a hard cash, more often by itself. Alas, it is always reduced to extremity and its good wish to help others always absorbs it.
SNAKE has the tendency to exaggerate and if it has helped somebody it becomes possessed and more constraining than useful. The instinct thrusts it to wind round a person who is obliged to it and even to strangle him. Therefore, think before to ask SNAKE to help you. You can regret about it.
What concerns money, SNAKE is successful there. It does not need to worry about it. It will always find it when it need it and it knows about this or feels this so well that does not worry about this. When old it can become a miser.
SNAKE can execute any work but it should not be connected with any risk even when it is necessary to work a lot. And nevertheless SNAKE is lazy Е
It chooses partner in love itself. It is intolerant and jealous even if it does not love him any more . In any case it will wind round him not leaving him any freedom of movement very often because of a simple whim as it is empty-headed. Especially it concerns men - snakes.
Man or woman, SNAKE will aim to illegitimate connections which will complicate its life. It should struggle against this tendency and if she can devote the best feelings to family its life would be harmonic and without troubles. It is its weak point. SNAKE will frequently try to hold down the partner in any way and one of these ways Ц the presence of large family.
SNAKE will be happy with BULL who will allow SNAKE to take possession of himself provided that it will play the leading part which SNAKE will let him have.
Struggle of SNAKES against COCK if they are married, friends or partners will be favourable for mutual correction of their lacks. People should feel pity for PIG if it will fall letТs say into SNAKEТS clutches. It will be paralysed, captured. SNAKE will turn it all out as it believes in its impunity. The first phases of life of SNAKES will be rather quiet. Pay attention to the last phase. In this very moment its sentimental and passionate nature, its taste to adventures can render poor help even then when it could have quiet old age. All can change depending on whether SNAKE was born in summer or winter, at night or day, and even depending on what weather was like at this day. Only warm satisfies it. It is afraid of chill, squalls, bad weather. More shortly, it will be happier, if it is born in a hot tropical country, in a hot day than in a cold December night. The destiny of SNAKE depends so much on it that having been born in a day when it was a stormy weather it will be in danger all its life.
WHY WAS THE ORGANISATION лTHE SPRING OF MERCY╗ CREATED?
Everything began in November, 1999, when the businessmen of Grodno conducted the next charitable action лOur city╗. Then Valery Levonevsky (the chairman of the Trade Union of the businessmen) was asked to help by Marina Stanislavovna Samoil, the orphan and mother of a large family. Having got the help for many times she expressed the insult on лChildren's fund╗, where she was refused to get a children's carriage and on the Centre of Mercy "Family" where unfairly, as she said, food, things were arranged and some parents were deprived of the mother rights.
Levonevsky being a man who knows problems of families where a lot of children are brought up very well (he was brought up in a family where a lot of children were brought up and now he is father of 4 children) sympathised and believed M. S. Samoil. After that he proposed to create a female organisation for families where a lot of children are brought up and needy families to be engaged in distribution of things which are granted by the trade union and businessmen. And since then his wife Marina Alexandrovna and Marina Stanislavovna Samoil have been actively engaged in creation and registration of this female organisation at constant financing of the businessmen.
Originally the problem was solved: who will be the chairman - Levonevskaya or Samoil? Levonevskaya refused as is the chairman of other female organisation - Belorussian organisation of working women (BOWW). Therefore M. S. Samoil was elected as a chairman. And though it was very difficult, specially, visiting cabinets of the municipal executive committee, the organisation under the title лThe Spring of Mercy╗ was registered at 13.03.2000.
Then there were problems with the room. The municipal executive committee have not wanted to grant a room for лThe Spring of Mercy╗ for a long time. Therefore women decided to announce about the hunger-strike. It was a very serious action for the municipal executive committee, so 5.05.2000 the organisations was granted a room in the hotel "Neman".
The organisation лThe Spring of Mercy╗ started to work. In May - June women of the organisation helped private businessmen to conduct the action лOur city╗. They collected and distributed things to needy families. The citizens of Grodno also helped but the main help was obtained from the businessmen. Due to them the holiday of June 1, Day of Protection of Children was conducted.
And everything would be OK if not the suspiciousness of Samoil. She has considered all deeds of Levonevsky - he pays for the room, he brings the furniture into the office, his car and he as the driver are used for the needs of the organisation, all actions are carried out at his direct participation and help, he organises holidays for children - are aimed to use her and to "throw" her out then. And in July on this occasion ╠.S. Samoil had a hysterics. Nobody understood nothing as nobody saw her particular work and it was impossible to imagine what one could demand from mother of large family and a needy woman. But then this incident was not developed as in July the pre-election movement for M. S. Samoil and M. A. Levonevskaya began. Both women wanted to decide problems of mothers of large families and needy women being deputies in the Parliament. But they were not allowed to become even candidates not speaking about deputies. It is a good school! But everything that is done by the God is done for the best. And it is not the main aim in life. It is important to be engaged further in everyday business: family, children and problems of the organisation.
Time puts everything on its places. In November work of лThe Spring of Mercy╗ was checked up by the Department of justice of the regional executive committee. After the check the documents should be taken away on the protocol by 3 men the surnames of whom were indicated in the application. But the suspiciousness of Samoil was shown here again. She was the only person who took all the documents and kept them at home referring that at the office somebody from mothers of large families could УtakeФ them without the permission.
It was the very moment when the true face of M. S. Samoil began to become clear. The normal situation was not formed in the organisation. Marina Stanislavovna did not like everything: people who took part in the measures which were realised. And again suspicions: they looked at her in a bad manner, said something wrong, treated her badly.
From her part we heard only gossips, лpulling to pieces╗ people whom she did not like. And it is her considerable merit that some women who took active part in creation of лThe Spring of Mercy╗ have already left from organisation.
Two weeks prior to new year women from the organisation offered M. S. Samoil to solve some problems together. You see up to this moment she was the only woman in the organisation who collected fees, distributed products and things giving reasons that nobody wants to do anything. Thus she did not want to ask for help from anybody. And at the office she preferred to be alone because she trusted nobody and suspected everybody.
M. S. Samoil was offered to solve following problems:
1. Schedule of work. Attracting to work women from organisation.
2. Realisation of audit at the end of the year.
3. Distribution of products.
4. Collecting of fees. Assigning of the treasurer.
5. Realisation of the New Year's holiday, distribution of invitation cards on the holiday.
6. Granting a room of the Belorussian organisation of working women (BOWW) in the sub-rent.
And everything became clear when M. S. Samoil said: лI command here, I am a chairman, everything will be as I shall tell!╗. M. A. Levonevskaya was said: лYou are nobody here and you will receive nothing while I command here! Your gifts for children are not necessary for me and others will not receive them!╗
M. S. Samoil decided that she has already received the authority and can do everything she likes. But she, apparently, forget that it is a public organisation. This organisation is supervised not by a chairman but the Council and general meeting. All members of organisation without exception are obliged to obey the Charter of the organisation.
24.12.2000 the meeting of the Council was held. You can acquaint with the protocol at the office. The solution of the Council originated the realisation of the 28.01.2001 meeting at 16.00 (about the place of the meeting we shall inform additionally). After the meeting of the Council M. S. Samoil changed the lock in the entrance door of the office and refused to open a room and paralysed work of GPFO лThe Spring of Mercy╗. According to the decision of the Council from 26.12.2000 M. S. Samoil was excluded from the organisation according to item 5.3.of the Charter for systematic breaches of item 4.4.5 of the Charter.
According to the decision of the Council from 26.12.2000 it was decided: to open the room of GPFO лTHE SPRING OF MERCY╗, to make list of property located in the room and to buy a new lock. To open a room we invited: the control-auditing committee, members of the Council, management of the hotel, workers of militia. The control-auditing committee conducted the revision. The appropriate act was made up. At realisation of the revision four members of the organisation were present. Besides the Council offered to the control-auditing committee to inspect the activity of the organisation and also demand M. S. Samoil to return all documents connected with the activity of the organisation.
28.12.2000 the wide session of the Council was held (all members of the organisation were present) on which new members joined the organisation, the question about the distribution of New Year's presents on the holiday was solved. As it was found out at that very day on the basis of the telephone calls and women who came to the office M. S. Samoil distributed products to several women who are not members of the organisation. The question connected with the distribution of products was also solved.
In spite of anything the 29.12.2000 holiday was held. The gifts were given to more than 200 children including children from the ChildrenТs house of a mixed type. The invitation cards were distributed from 26.12. till 28.12.2000. Unfortunately, not all children for different reasons could visit New Year's tree in the PUPPET THEATRE. Other children received gifts after the holiday. The holiday was funded by the businessmen.
